Enjoy four consecutive weeks of the best spring has to offer, with our weekly medium sized CSA bouquet. Spring is an amazing time on the farm, with daffodils and hellebore among the first to arrive, followed by fritillaria, poppies, peonies, and flowering branches like forsythia, quince, and viburnum. Flowers to be selected by farm each week based on availability, with start date to be determined by nature, likely mid March to April. Pick up locations are Studio Pilates Nations location: 4900 Centennial Blvd Suite 103, Nashville, TN 37209 or Studio Pilates East: 747 Douglas Ave suite 105a, Nashville, TN 37207. Please specify which location you would like to pick up at checkout. Email will be sent out a week or two before CSA begins with more details.

Bouquet care:

Get your fresh flowers into clean water ASAP. When you arrive home it is good to snip the ends of the stems before placing them into water. Keeping any leaves/foliage above the water line will also increase longevity. The more often you change the water, the longer your bouquet will last. I like to change water at least every other day if not daily, as bacteria clogs the stems. Not all flowers have the same vase life. If you notice some wilting before others, go ahead and pluck those out because they will shorten the duration of your bouquet. Your flowers will be at their best kept cool and out of direct sunlight.
